Interviewers are getting alot more choosey with types of questions they want to ask you now days, gone are the days of just a technical interview and your in like Flynn! here are some questions we have dragged out of our own personal experiences, FORE WARNED IS FORE ARMED!

Questions Used

These are just some general questions which recruiters often use when interviewing candidates. How would you answer them?

1. Describe the type of company you''d most like to work for.

2. Describe the ideal role you''d play in that company.

3. How has your expertise made you prepared for that role?

4. What accomplishment are you most proud of?

5. What was the most enjoyable training course you have taken? Why?

6. What expectations did you meet, not meet, why/how?

7. List some obstacles you''ve encountered. How did you overcome these?

8. If you were to make one suggestion to management, what would that be?

9. Describe what you like most about your current job.

10. How do you evaluate your own performance?

11. What do you consider to be your greatest strength?

12. What do you consider to be your greatest weakness? How do you/have you overcome this?

13. What do you consider your biggest professional failure? What did you learn from that experience?

14. How do you keep up to date with trends in your industry?

Here are some questions you might want to ask

O     Is this a newly created position?

O     Who will I be reporting to? What is their background?

O     What kind of training do you offer?

O     How do you evaluate performance?

O     What criteria do you use to measure success?

O     What opportunities are there for advancement?

O     Does the company have plans for expansion or reduction?
