IT Contractors . Org is going into the Blog'ing advertising business. OK, let me explain, recently, I had been talking with some friends on line and the topic couldn't get of the subject of 'Internet Marketing', and, how much some bloggers are making. A challenge I think, ok, I'll take it. The challenge as its stands... How long will it take a new site / blog, with no PR rating, no financial worth, and no capital investment, (that bit sucks), to generate us$1000 pcm? Its been done (apparently) but this has been predominantly quoted by bloggers trying to sell you something generally, an e-book, an marketing plan or a referral, A REFERRAL? you can now buy referrals and site / blog reviews. what is this world coming to? So, I've got my Domain Name - IT Contractors . Org. ------- check So lets get started. So, I've got a site... So, I've got a site, IT Contractors dot Org, I've got a CMS, and a Hosting company and I've filled it with some content
So what on earth should I do now... Well, I've had a nose through Google and I've seen all these adverts for Ad sense, so in 'for a penny, in for a pound', I've signed up with them. and now I have nice sparkly ad's on the Right hand side of my Site......We are NOW COOKING WITH GAS!.....Now all I need is someone to click on them........mmmm.......nope.......nothing yet! A quick glance back at my stats in the Google ad sense login says ...... no ................... no one, I'm thinking that this might take longer than I had originally anticipated. |
